DESCRIPTION
Reports to VP. Establish, monitor, enhance and audit financial controls for compensation and benefits
programs. Ensure all compensation & benefit plans comply with IRS, DOL, SEC, SOX, 409A and other legal
requirements and all filings are completed on time and accurately. Lead and manage compliance and
regulatory audits, filings and disclosures.
TALENT
Masters Preferred. Bachelors Required. Prefer Finance Degree with HR Concentration
5-10 Years Experience Compensation and Benefits
Big 4, Large Accounting Firm Or Large Consumer Goods Experience Preferred
People Management and Leadership
